Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Executive who will be responsible for hiring Field Sales Executives for Internet & Broadband services. The candidate must have strong experience in bulk hiring and sales recruitment.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment process for Sales/Field Executive roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and field hiring
• Conduct initial screening and interviews
• Coordinate with candidates and clients for interview scheduling
• Manage bulk hiring and meet recruitment targets
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Ensure quick closures within defined timelines
• Required Skills:Strong experience in Sales Hiring / Bulk Hiring
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Eligibility Criteria:Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 2 to 5 Years in Core Recruitment
