Store Manager

JOB BRIEF: We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Store Head to oversee daily operations at our store. As the Store Head, you will supervise the operational and organisational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.

The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

1. Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Manage and Handle overall store operations
3. Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
4. Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
5. Train, and oversee new staff.
6. Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
7. Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
8. Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
9. Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
10. Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
11. Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
12. Other tasks as assigned by the management.
