3D Interior Designer

Design Conceptualization: Develop design concepts, floor plans, mood boards, and 3D visualizations tailored to clients’ needs, preferences, and budget.

Space Planning: Create efficient layouts and utilize space effectively to maximize functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Material Selection: Choose furniture, fixtures, fabrics, colour palettes, and other materials that align with the project’s vision and client preferences.

Client Communication: Meet with clients to understand their requirements, present design ideas, and modify plans based on feedback.

Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products, and supervise the implementation of designs.

Budget Management: Develop cost estimates and monitor project budgets to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.

Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design practices and materials where possible, keeping in mind environmental concerns and energy efficiency.

Compliance: Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.

Documentation: Prepare design presentations, contracts, and project proposals, and maintain organized project files.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of [2-3] years of experience as an interior designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.

Skills:

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS MAX, V-RAY, Enscape, LUMION, 3D rendering, D5, Interior designs Regulations, Mood Board).

Strong knowledge of design principles, colour theory, and materials.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
