AC-HVAC Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems and related equipment (ducting, chillers, AHUs, VRF, split units, etc.).
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and keep records of service.
• Calibrate and adjust system controls to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental guidelines.
• Respond promptly to emergency service requests.
• Coordinate with other maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors as required.
• Prepare service reports, checklists, and documentation of completed work.
