Role Summary:
Counsel prospective students, understand their career goals, and convert leads into enrollments through calls and online interactions while achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on courses, fees, and career outcomes
- Convert leads into enrollments
- Handle objections and follow-ups
- Maintain lead updates in CRM
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
