We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing suitable courses and support them through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, counselling, and relationship-building skills.

• 🧾 Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and training programs
• Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp & emails)
• Explain course details, curriculum, and career opportunities clearly
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
• Maintain student enquiry records and update CRM/database regularly
• Support students throughout the admission process
• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams when required
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• ✅ Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong counselling and convincing abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
• Ability to manage multiple student enquiries efficiently
