Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective parents and students through calls, messages, and follow-ups
• Understand learning needs and recommend suitable programs
• Explain course curriculum, benefits, and outcomes clearly
• Schedule and coordinate demo sessions and counselling calls
• Support enrollments and ensure smooth onboarding
• Monitor student progress and maintain regular parent communication
• Build long-term relationships and support student retention
• Collect customer testimonials (video & written) and success stories
• Assist in recording student project videos and activity highlights
• Support workshops, demo days, events, and awareness programs
• Help organize internal competitions and student showcases
• Maintain lead and student records in CRM
• Achieve counselling, conversion, and engagement targets
• Collaborate with academic, sales, and marketing teams

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in EdTech, counselling, sales, or customer engagement (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working in education and skill development
• Organized, proactive, and target-driven mindset
