Job Description
- Counsel students and parents on academic programs, career prospects, and admission procedures.
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Provide guidance on courses, universities, eligibility criteria, and admission timelines.
- Maintain strong knowledge of academic programs, entrance exams, scholarships, and educational trends.
- Assist students in application, documentation, and enrollment processes.
- Achieve admission/enrollment targets assigned by the management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate student database and follow-up for conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and institutions for smooth admission processes.
