Account Assistant

We are hiring a Accountant to manage daily accounting work, GST compliance and financial records. The candidate will be responsible for handling billing, payments, reconciliations, and reporting to support smooth financial functioning of the company.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting entries and coordination with banks and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain sales, purchase, ledger, and cash/bank entries
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bills
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Track expenses and manage payments
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Coordinate with auditor, banks and internal teams

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in accounting
• Knowledge of Tally or accounting software
• Basic understanding of GST
• Experience in billing, payments and reconciliation
• Organized, honest, and detail-oriented
