Account Executive (Accounting)

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations. The candidate should be proficient in Tally, GST filing, invoicing, and financial reporting, and must be capable of coordinating with clients, internal teams, and auditors.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate posting in Tally
• Manage invoice raising and maintain proper billing records
• Perform GST filing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Conduct bank reconciliations on a regular basis
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Coordinate with clients and the operations team for collections and payments follow-ups
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review
• Liaise with the company auditor and provide required financial data and documents
• Assist in preparing quotations and financial details as required
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all financial transactions
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com or equivalent)
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP
• Good understanding of GST regulations and filing procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a similar accounting role
