Job Title: Accountant

Job Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, GST filing, and complete accounting processes. The role requires accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to work independently.

• Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.
• Handle complete bookkeeping, including journal entries, ledgers, cash book, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual filings) accurately and on time.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Track expenses, prepare invoices, and monitor outstanding payments.
• Handle TDS calculations, payments, and return filing.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and records as per compliance requirements.
• Provide management with financial reports as required.
• Requirements Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Hands-on experience in GST filing and related compliance.
• Knowledge of TDS, PF/ESI, and basic statutory requirements is a plus.
• Ability to manage complete accounts independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Education Bachelor’s and Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
