Key Responsibilities:

• GST & Tax Compliance: Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and handle TDS/TCS compliance.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.
• Audit & Reporting: Coordinate internal/external audits and prepare necessary audit documentation.
• Operational Support: Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and journal entries.
• Process Improvement: Implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, CA (Inter), or ICWA.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5+ years in accounting or financial management.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in accounting software like Tally.
• GST Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of GST regulations, filing procedures, and tax laws.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.

3. Excel Skills (Basic excel).
