Job Summary – Account Executive (Rx Solutions India)

Rx Solutions India is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage client accounts, support sales operations, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The role involves handling client communication, preparing quotations and invoices, following up on payments, and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of accounts and sales processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure day-to-day bookkeeping including Journal Vouchers, Accounts Payable, and Accounts

Receivable

· Perform daily Bank Reconciliation and resolve discrepancies

· Handle GST reconciliation, GST filing, and GST returns

· Manage TDS filing and TDS returns as per statutory requirements

· Review and verify all vouchers and maintain records accurately and systematically

· Ensure all statutory and internal compliances are completed within defined TAT

· Assist auditors during internal and external audits

· Manage end-to-end accounting processes

· Carry out any other tasks assigned by senior management

Key Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

· Proven experience in accounting and statutory compliances (GST & TDS)

· Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation

· Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel

· Good understanding of Indian taxation and compliance timelines

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

· Good communication and coordination skills
