Accountant

An accountant manages, analyzes, and reports an organization's financial transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial health. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, reconciling bank accounts, handling payroll, and managing tax compliance (GAAP/IFRS). They provide insights through budgeting and forecasting to support management decisions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Bookkeeping & Transactions: Processing accounts payable/receivable, managing ledger entries, and conducting bank reconciliations.
• Compliance & Tax: Ensuring adherence to regulations, assisting with audits, and filing taxes.
• Analysis: Reviewing financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Systems Management: Maintaining accounting software and databases.
