Job Description
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years
- Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Maintain sales, purchase, and expense records accurately.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
- Support in GST, TDS, and invoice preparation.
- Generate and maintain reports in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for billing and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Required Skills:Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Ability to handle queries and coordinate with clients professionally.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to work.
- Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
