Job Description
Job Title: AccountantJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage billing operations, maintain financial records, and handle day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and billing processes.
- Key Responsibilities:Generate and manage invoices, billing, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in Tally
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Maintain GST records and assist in tax filings
- Ensure proper documentation of all accounting transactions
- Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record-keeping
- Coordinate with clients/vendors for billing and payment issues
