Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts:

  • Maintain books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Cash, Bank).
  • Record daily transactions and update accounting systems.
  • Prepare vouchers, journal entries, and ledgers.
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable.
  • Bank reconciliation and cash management.
  • Assist in GST returns, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Support in month-end and year-end closing.

Billing:

  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
  • Verify billing data and ensure accuracy.
  • Follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
  • Maintain billing records and MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing.
