Job Description
- Maintain daily accounts entries (cash, bank, UPI, card)
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure accurate patient billing and invoicing
- Monitor daily collections and follow up on pending payments
- Perform daily cash and bank reconciliation
- Manage vendor payments and expense records
- Assist in salary processing and employee reimbursements
- Maintain GST records and support compliance activities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Generate MIS reports for management review
- Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
- Coordinate with front office for billing accuracy
- Support audits and financial checks
