Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of accounting principles with experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliation, Goods and Services Tax (GST) Filings Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) Filings and advanced Excel. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience to develop their accounting skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Process invoices, payments, and vendor/customer reconciliations (AP & AR)

·      Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end closing.

·      Filing GST, TDS and Compliance.

·      Use Advanced Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·      1-2 year of experience in accounting or finance

·      Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

·      Must have hand on experience in GST and TDS Filings and Compliances

·      Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)..

·      Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools quickly.
