➢ Fund Management.

➢ Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement every month.

➢ Preparation of Age Wise Outstanding of Sundry Debtors every month & giving

Outstanding Statements to Sales Personnel to follow up for long term dues if any

from the Debtors.

➢ Preparation of Sundry Creditors Schedule every month & Checking Debit

Balances & follow up made for Purchase Bills from the Suppliers for the Advance

Payment made.

➢ Preparation of Monthly MIS Reports related to Monthly Sales.

➢ Checking Purchase Invoices relating to GIN’s,P.O’s & Arithmetical Accuracy.

➢ Taking care of TDS on Contractors Payments before 7th of every month, E-Filing

of Quarterly Returns & Issue of Form 16,16A Quarterly.

➢ Taking care of Gst – with regard to monthly filings of GSTR-1 & GSTR3B after

reconciliation with GSTR2B with the Internal Auditors.

➢ Taking care of E-Payments related to Tds, & PT & Gst.

➢ Completely Involving in Accounts Finalization Upto Balance Sheet related works

with the Internal Auditors & Senior Manager -
