Accounts Manager

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and General Ledger

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management

Maintain cost records related to raw materials, production, and inventory

Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits

Ensure timely bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliation

Supervise billing, invoicing, and payroll processes

Implement and monitor internal financial controls

Prepare MIS reports and provide insights to management for decision-making

Handle budgeting and forecasting activities

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
