Admission Counsellor

Location: Bengaluru (On-site)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

CTC: ₹5 – 7 LPA (total cost to company)

About the Role

We are looking for Admission / Academic Counsellors who can guide prospective learners through their decision-making journey, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right program. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth admission experience while maintaining high enrollment quality.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents via calls, video calls, and in-person interactions

Understand learner profiles, career aspirations, and recommend suitable programs

Explain course structure, outcomes, fees, financing options, and placement support

Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and close enrollments within defined timelines

Maintain accurate records on CRM and ensure timely updates

Collaborate with admissions, academic, and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets

Handle queries and objections with empathy and clarity

Eligibility & Skills

Graduate in any discipline

1–4 years of experience in admissions, academic counselling, inside sales, or EdTech preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Target-driven mindset with a learner-first approach

Comfortable working 6 days a week in a fast-paced environment

Basic CRM knowledge and MS Office/Google Workspace proficiency
