Admission Counsellor

Job Description:

Cloud Deck Technologies is looking for a dynamic and communicative Admission Counselor to guide candidates who are looking for IT jobs, career change opportunities, or skill-based training with placement support.

The role involves tele calling, candidate counseling, admissions, and coordination for training & placement programs.

• Roles & Responsibilities:

• Call and counsel IT job seekers, fresh graduates, and career gap candidates
• Explain training programs, placement support, and career opportunities
• Convert interested candidates into paid admissions
• Handle inbound & outbound calls
• Use job portals like Naukri, Monster, and databases for candidate sourcing
• Maintain candidate records and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly admission targets

• Required Skills: Good communication & convincing skills
• Comfortable with telecalling and counseling
• Basic knowledge of IT jobs / training programs (training will be provided)
• Experience using Naukri / Monster / candidate databases is a plus

• Eligibility: Any Graduate / MBA / BBA / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech
• Experience: 1 to 2 years (Telecalling / HR / Admission counseling preferred)

• Salary & Incentives: Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 per month
• Incentives: ₹5,000 per candidate admission
