Job Description:

Handle all aspects of the admissions process .

Engage with potential parents through various channels, including walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media.

Develop and implement marketing initiatives, both online and offline, to attract prospective students and increase brand visibility.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.

Meet and exceed admission targets, offering personalized guidance and information to prospective students.

Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly and effectively.

Targets and Incentives:

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Incentives will be provided based on meeting and exceeding targets, with additional bonuses for exceptional performance.
