Admission Counsellor

Job Summary: The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students

through the admission process, providing detailed program information, and ensuring a

smooth and positive experience from inquiry to enrollment. The role involves counseling

students, managing leads, maintaining accurate records, and achieving monthly enrollment

targets.

Key Responsibilities:

● Interact with prospective students via calls, emails, chats, and face-to-face meetings

to understand their educational goals and advise them on suitable programs.

● Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and career outcomes in a clear and

professional manner.

● Guide students through the entire application process, from initial inquiries to final

admissions.

● Assist students in completing application forms, documentation, and admission

formalities.

● Track and report student progress and feedback to improve services.

● Maintain detailed records of student interactions and application status in CRM

systems and achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets as set by the

management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 0 -1 years in academic counselling

● Qualification - Bachelor's in any stream

● Exposure: Experience handling both UG and PG programs (online courses)

● Languages: Fluent in English & Kannada (Any other language will add an advantage)

● Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office

● Personality: Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and target-driven
