Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents on animation, VFX, multimedia, gaming, and design courses
Handle inbound and outbound calls confidently and professionally
Manage walk-in inquiries and follow up with leads via calls, messages, and email
Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities clearly
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions
Assist students with enrollment, documentation, and onboarding
Coordinate with internal academic and marketing teams to achieve admission targets
