Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and goal-driven Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing course information, and helping them make informed decisions about their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Counsel students regarding courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career options.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain and update student database and CRM with relevant information.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
• Conduct campus tours or virtual counseling sessions as needed.
• Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Psychology preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or sales (Freshers are welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
