Admission Manager

The Admission Manager at Phoenix Online Education is a high-impact role responsible for driving strategic enrollments through outbound outreach, referral networks, and assigned leads. This position demands advanced counseling expertise, strong revenue ownership, and disciplined CRM/LMS governance to consistently deliver admission and revenue targets. The role operates in a work-from-office model.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive student enrollments predominantly through outbound cold calling (70%) with a strong focus on revenue realization
• Build and convert high-quality admissions via reference-based channels (20%), including alumni and internal networks
• Manage and convert assigned leads (10%) with defined turnaround timelines
• Deliver high-quality academic counseling aligned with student goals, program suitability, and career outcomes
• Own the end-to-end admission lifecycle, including documentation validation, fee coordination, and closure accountability
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant updates in CRM and LMS platforms

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong executive-level communication and counseling skills
• Proven experience in Ed-Tech admissions, education sales, or high-ticket inside sales
• Hands-on proficiency with CRM and LMS systems
