Job Description
Job Title: Legal Advocate – Real Estate
Job Description:
We are looking for a Legal Advocate to handle legal matters related to real estate projects. The role includes drafting legal documents, coordinating with government offices, and managing court-related cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing real estate legal documents such as agreements, sale deeds, MOUs, notices, and affidavits
- Liaising with government authorities, registration offices, lawyers, and legal consultants
- Handling court-related cases, hearings, filings, and follow-ups
- Providing legal advice on property-related matters and compliance
- Maintaining legal records and case documentation
- Supporting the management in legal due diligence and risk assessment
Requirements:
- Law degree (LLB)
- Experience in real estate/property law preferred
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Knowledge of court procedures and documentation
