• Design and Drafting:
• Creating building designs, detailed drawings (both manually and using CAD software), and blueprints. 
• Client Interaction:
• Understanding client needs, expectations, and budgets, presenting design proposals, and managing client relationships. 
• Project Management:
• Overseeing projects from inception to completion, coordinating with construction professionals, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and managing project timelines and budgets. 
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.), understanding of building codes and regulations, and expertise in construction materials and techniques. 
• Collaboration:
• Working with various teams, including structural engineers, project managers, and construction managers, to ensure project success. 
• Communication:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client presentations, reports, and project documentation. 
• Problem-solving:
• Identifying and resolving issues during the design and construction phases. 
• Site Visits:
• Regularly inspecting construction sites to ensure adherence to plans and quality standards.
