Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create innovative architectural concepts, floor plans, and 3D visualizations for premium residential and commercial spaces.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, including detailed electrical, plumbing (MEP), and structural coordination.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to BBMP/BIAAPPA building bylaws (specifically regarding FAR, setbacks, and Jakkur-specific height restrictions due to the nearby aerodrome).
- Project Coordination: Liaise with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and landscape designers to ensure a cohesive design.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits in and around Jakkur to monitor progress, resolve on-site technical issues, and ensure construction aligns with approved blueprints.
- Client Management: Lead client meetings, present design iterations, and manage material selections (tiles, finishes, fixtures).
- Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: B.Arch from a COA-recognized institution.
- Software Proficiency: * Must-have: AutoCAD (2D), SketchUp (3D), and Revit (BIM).
- Rendering: V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.
- Presentation: Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years exp with a strong portfolio of executed projects.
