Area Sales Executive

Position: Area Sales Executive

Industry: Pharmaceutical / Ayurvedic Products

Experience: 1–5 years

Location: Bangalore and South Karnataka

• Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell pharma & Ayurvedic products to doctors, chemists, and distributors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular field visits and product detailing
• Ensure product availability in assigned territory
• Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Collect market intelligence (competitor activities, pricing, demand trends)
• Maintain daily call reports and sales data

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc., B.Pharm, BAMS, or related field preferred)
• Experience in Pharma/Ayurveda sales
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong fieldwork and territory management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Exposure to domestic and/or international markets would be an added advantage
