Job Description
Sales:
1. Sales generation and Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly target.
2. Ensures effective market coverage in Bengaluru area.
3. Meeting with architects, contractors, consultants, builders and generate lead
4. Market Mapping and coverage plan to visit, builders, designer and architects.
5. Map high end residential projects and commercial projects to enhance sales
6. Account mapping for architect Accounts, large customer account
Network:
- Does proper mapping of network of builders and architects, Dealers, PMCs, Contractors
2. Project execution follow up and identify new potential customers in the territory.
Reporting:
1. Send DSR and weekly JCP on weekly, monthly & yearly
2. Prepare monthly MIS and share feedback on trends and competition in the market
