Job SummaryThe Electrical / Wire Harness Helper supports the electrical and wiring team in assembling, routing, and inspecting wire harnesses used in manufacturing. This role involves assisting skilled technicians, following work instructions, and maintaining quality and safety standards on the production floor.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in cutting, stripping, crimping, and assembling wires and cables
• Support wire harness assembly according to drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Help route, bundle, and secure wire harnesses in panels or assemblies
• Perform basic electrical checks and visual inspections under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Handle tools, wires, and components safely and properly
• Follow all safety rules, quality standards, and company procedures
• Report defects, shortages, or issues to the supervisor
• Assist with packing, labeling, and documentation as required
• Required Skills & QualificationsBasic knowledge of electrical wiring or willingness to learn
• Ability to read simple drawings or color codes (training provided if needed)
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Physically able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
