Job Description
We are hiring skilled and semi-skilled candidates for lithium battery assembly. The role involves assembling battery packs, handling cells, wiring, testing, and ensuring quality and safety standards in the production line.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble lithium battery packs as per SOP
- Cell sorting, matching, and spot welding
- BMS fitting and wiring connections
- Insulation, heat shrink, and final assembly
- Perform basic electrical testing (voltage, continuity)
- Follow safety protocols for lithium handling
- Maintain production targets and quality standards
