Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Relationship Administrator to support our client relationship and operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams in a wealth management environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities related to client servicing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and grievances, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Maintain and update client records, documentation, and investment-related information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for transaction processing, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Assist relationship managers with client communication, reporting, and portfolio updates.
  • Ensure high standards of client service and relationship management.
  • Handle email correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing client reports.
  • Monitor and track service requests, investment instructions, and operational tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of financial assets such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Equities, and Wealth Management products.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong client-handling and relationship management skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving and grievance-handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in wealth management, mutual fund distribution, banking, or financial advisory firms.
  • Knowledge of AMFI, financial markets, and investment products.
  • Experience using CRM or financial platforms.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Kannada or Hindi are an advantage.
  • Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced financial services environment.
