Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Relationship Administrator to support our client relationship and operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams in a wealth management environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities related to client servicing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and grievances, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Maintain and update client records, documentation, and investment-related information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for transaction processing, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Assist relationship managers with client communication, reporting, and portfolio updates.
- Ensure high standards of client service and relationship management.
- Handle email correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing client reports.
- Monitor and track service requests, investment instructions, and operational tasks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal operational procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of financial assets such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Equities, and Wealth Management products.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Strong client-handling and relationship management skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and grievance-handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in wealth management, mutual fund distribution, banking, or financial advisory firms.
- Knowledge of AMFI, financial markets, and investment products.
- Experience using CRM or financial platforms.
Candidate Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Kannada or Hindi are an advantage.
- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced financial services environment.
