JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets

·        Manage and mentor the sales team for performance improvement

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

·        Conduct market analysis and competitor research.

·        Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.

·        Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for seamless execution

·        Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively

·        Dealer / Distributor Management

·        Revenue Generation

·        Influencer Management, Engagement of Plumbers / Contractors

·        Dealers / Distributors visit

·        Loyalty Program Management

·        Implementing Sales Strategy

·        Retail and Projects Sales

·        Achieving predefined sales targets, year on year growth and targets

·        Generating primary and secondary sales orders in their assigned territory

·        Communicating and interacting with various dealers regarding product portfolio, features of products and schemes to trade partners and influencers

·        Coordination with depot regarding fulfilment of sales orders and coordination with dealers for billing, invoicing and follow up for payments

·        Identifying possible new dealers and converting them into customers

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in working with Building Materials, Pipes, Bath ware, Sanitary Ware and Paints industries.
