Job Overview : The Assistant Facility Manager will oversee daily facility operations at Hanto workspaces, ensuring efficient maintenance, safety compliance, and smooth coordination of on-site services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, and maintenance
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and utility systems
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet service standards
• Conduct routine inspections and resolve maintenance issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and statutory requirements
• Maintain basic operational records and reports

Qualifications & Experience :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in facility or Workspace operations
