We are looking for a smart, active, and responsible Assistant Customer Relationship Manager to support our admin operations. The candidate will handle customer communication, resolve issues, train new customers, and support basic digital marketing activities to help grow the business.

🔹Roles & Responsibilities

Handle all customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues through calls, WhatsApp, and system support.

Provide daily assistance to customers and ensure smooth usage of services.

Train newly joined customers on how to use the system and available services.

Coordinate with the admin/technical team to report issues, errors, and service-related problems.

Informing customers about new services, offers, and updates

Build strong relationships with customers and contribute to business growth and customer retention.
