Assistant Sales Manager

Jd -Looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Person with/without experience in Real Estate/Insurance .

# Responsibilities and Duties :-

1. Attending the customer at the site, explaining about the project.

2. Following up with leads (given to them from the presales team) for the site visits.

3.Strong sales negotiation and communication skills

4. Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports.

5. Assisting management in marketing activities for lead generation.

6. Regularly updating and enhancing their skills and market knowledge by doing regular market research.

7. Coordinating with customer and post-sales team.

8. Conversion of leads to prospects.

# Eligibility Criteria :-

Qualification :- MBA/PGDM/Bachelor's Degree .

Experience :- 1 year to 5 years of Real Estate or any Industry .
