Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Accessories Manager (2-Wheeler) will support the Accessories Manager in overseeing the planning, sales, and inventory of two-wheeler accessories. This role involves vendor coordination, stock management, upselling support to the sales team, and enhancing the customer experience by ensuring timely availability and display of relevant accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing sales strategies for 2-wheeler accessories.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and deliveries.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and monitor inventory turnover.
• Ensure effective display and merchandising of accessories in the showroom.
• Collaborate with the sales team to upsell accessories during vehicle sales.
• Provide product training to sales executives on new accessories and features.
• Handle customer queries and complaints regarding accessories.
• Maintain records of accessory sales, stock movement, and customer feedback.
• Assist in organizing promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and stock levels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Automobile Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accessories management or automotive retail (2-wheeler preferred).
• Good knowledge of 2-wheeler accessories and aftermarket products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a team-oriented environment.
