Job Description
- Promote Pre-Approved Offers: Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about their specific pre-qualified or pre-approved personal loan options, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Explain Loan Details: Clearly articulate loan features, benefits, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to the customer.
- Understand Customer Needs: Engage in active listening to understand the customer's financial situation and requirements, and recommend the most suitable loan solution.
- Guide the Application Process: Explain the customer through the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Collect and Verify Information: Gather necessary personal and financial information from the client and ensure all required documentation is complete for processing.
- Address Queries and Objections: Patiently handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections (e.g., about interest rates or terms) with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain Records: Accurately update and maintain customer interaction details and lead statuses in the CRM system and other databases.
- Meet Targets: Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and loan conversion or disbursement targets.
