Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greeting showroom visitors, identifying their needs, and recommending suitable vehicles.
• Product Demonstration: Explaining vehicle features, technology, and benefits, including conducting test drives.
• Sales Negotiation: Overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and closing sales deals.
• Administration & Finance: Preparing sales contracts, facilitating trade-ins, and coordinating with finance teams for loan processing.
• Following Up: Maintaining a customer database and following up on leads to encourage future business.
