Back-end Executive

Job Summary

The Back-End Executive – Warehouse Operations is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, handling backend documentation, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. The role involves coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams to support timely and error-free processes.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update records of inward, outward, stock movements, and returns

Perform accurate data entry in Excel / ERP / Warehouse Management Systems

Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock reconciliation and audits

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and inventory reports

Verify invoices, delivery challans, GRNs, and other warehouse documents

Coordinate with warehouse staff, logistics, dispatch, and accounts teams

Track order processing, pending shipments, and dispatch schedules

Assist with attendance management and basic administrative tasks

Ensure compliance with internal processes and proper documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduation in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)

0–2 years of experience in warehouse backend, operations, or logistics (freshers with strong skills can apply)

Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, formulas, reporting)

Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Willingness to work in a warehouse / operations environment
