Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Operations Associate to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our customer communication and data management systems. While we provide full training on our specific tools, we are looking for someone who is naturally efficient with computers and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication: Manage and respond to high volumes of customer queries via multiple WhatsApp accounts simultaneously.
  • Data Management: Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update records accurately (Training provided).
  • Reporting: Maintain and submit daily operational reports to management, ensuring all data is captured correctly.
  • Goal Achievement: Work efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in computer operations or a similar administrative role. Freshers ready to join immediately can apply.
  • Typing Speed: Exceptional typing skills with at least 90% accuracy.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable multitasking across different browser tabs and communication apps.
  • Mindset: Ability to handle high-pressure environments and stay focused on repetitive tasks with high precision.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Previous experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in digital customer support or chat-based service.
