Role Overview

The Back-end operation is responsible for managing the day-to-day back-end operations, ensuring accurate data entry, processing of documentation, coordination with internal departments, and providing administrative support to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle data entry, verification, and management in company systems.
• Looking for freshers to connect.
• Prepare and process documents related to customer applications, finance, RTO, or vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with field teams, dealers, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Review and validate customer and transaction data for accuracy.
• Support finance, operations, and compliance teams with back-end documentation.
• Handle communication through emails, calls, and internal systems for issue resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and data protection norms.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
