Back Office

We are looking for a Back Office Executive who can support our internal operations and also handle Digital Marketing activities. The candidate should be strong in coordination, data handling, reporting, and basic digital promotion.

• Key Responsibilities✅ Back Office ResponsibilitiesPreparing and maintaining daily reports, MIS, and Excel data
• Supporting Sales / Marketing team with documentation and coordination
• Handling customer follow-ups (via calls / email / WhatsApp)
• Updating and managing client data, leads, and order details
• Preparing quotation follow-ups / order tracking support
• Maintaining proper filing and records for smooth internal operations
• Coordination with internal teams for timely execution of tasks
• ✅ Digital Marketing ResponsibilitiesHandling Social Media Posting (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Creating basic content like:
• 
  
• Posters / banners (Canva)
• Product posts
• Promotional creatives
• Managing and updating:
• 
  
• Google Business Profile
• Website updates (basic knowledge preferred)
• Basic understanding of:
• 
  
• SEO (keywords, basic optimization)
• Lead generation activities
• WhatsApp marketing / Email marketing
• Running basic campaigns if required (optional):
• 
  
• Google Ads / Meta Ads (basic level)
• Skills RequiredGood knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Email drafting
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing
• Canva / Poster designing knowledge is a must
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong follow-up and execution mindset
• Preferred QualificationsAny Degree (B.Com / BBA / BA / BCA etc.)
• Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage
• Experience in handling B2B / B2C marketing will be a plus
• Working Hours(Monday to Saturday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
