Back Office Coordinator

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive Back Office Executive to support our BTL marketing operations. The candidate will handle backend coordination, vendor management, reporting, and documentation related to on-ground activations and campaigns.

• Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with field teams, promoters, and supervisors
• Maintain database of promoters, vendors, and clients
• Track daily attendance, deployment, and reporting of field staff
• Prepare MIS reports for ongoing campaigns and activations
• Handle vendor coordination, billing, and documentation
• Support campaign planning and execution from backend
• Manage invoices, purchase orders, and expense tracking
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of promoters/field staff
• Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams
• Required Skills:Good communication & coordination skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (important for MIS & reports)
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Basic understanding of marketing/BTL activit
