Back Office Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Executive to support daily office operations, handle data management, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth backend workflow. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and good at communication.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update data, records, and reports on a regular basis.
• Handle internal coordination between departments.
• Prepare MIS reports, follow-ups, and documentation work.
• Assist the sales/operations team with backend support.
• Manage email communication, scheduling, and task tracking.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned backend activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all data.
