Job Description
Malgudi Farms is looking for a Back Office Executive to connect with existing guests, share updates about Malgudi Farms offerings, and assist in communicating information about memberships and investment opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Make follow-up calls to past guests and enquiries
- Share information about Malgudi Farms programs and opportunities
- Maintain call records and guest communication details
- Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking to guests over phone
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Prior guest relations or calling experience preferred
